比賽條款及規則:

所有參賽作品需連同填妥的報名表格一起遞交 ■參賽者同意不能中途退出比賽及取回參賽作品 ■主辦機構保留拒絕作品參賽之權利，無需作任何解釋 ■所有參賽作品可能會被拍照及作公開用途(包括將得獎及優異作品於公眾地方展覽) ■主辦機構將盡力保管參賽者所遞交之作品，但若有任何遺失或損壞，主辦機構恕不負責■得獎作品的設計概念權、著作權、版權等歸主辦機構所有，將用作展出及收藏，恕不退還。 ■參加導師組之參賽者必須於遞交作品時連同有效之証明文件以核賽參賽資格 ■為保持比賽之評審公平及一致性，所有參賽者必須使用大會指定南非『HERITAGE』品牌之產品製作其參賽作品，並於遞交作品時連同購買材料之單據正本(須清楚標示店舖名稱、產品牌子、購買單據之編號及日期)。■ 如作品中包含的任何材料之版權並非由參賽者擁有，參賽者需自行負責取得相關材料之使用權，包括主版機構用作公開展示之用途。■以評判團的決定為最終決定，並不接受任何上訴 ■得獎者將於2012年10月31日個別發信通知各得獎者並須出席有關之頒獎典禮■主辦機構保留隨時更改比賽規則而不作事前通知的權利 ■比賽條款若出現爭議情況，主辦機構的決定將會作為最終決定。

Terms & Conditions:

Entry form must be completed and submitted with each entry. ■ Entrant agree that could not retreat or retrieve the artworks once submitted the application. ■ The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application without reason. ■ All artworks submitted to the contest maybe photographed and use for publicity including exhibition. ■ The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage of the submitted works. ■ Wah Hing Office Supplies Group LTD retains all copyright on any artwork submitted to the Contest and reserves reproduction and publication rights of the artwork. By submitting the artwork, the contestant is authorizing the sponsor, Wah Hing Office Supplies Group LTD, and its licensees to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entry in connection with any media now or hereafter known. All submitted artwork will belong to the sponsor hereafter and will not be returned to the contestant. ■ For the fairness and unity of the contest, all the entrant have to use “HERITAGE” branded products for create the artwork. Entrants requested to submit the receipt (stated clearly with the store, brand, items, and receipt date). ■ If the artwork contains any material or elements that are not owned by the contestant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the contestant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the artwork, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the artwork in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation.■ The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entertained. ■ Awarded entries will receive notice on 31^st October 2012 and have to attend the Awards Ceremony ■ The Organizer reserve the right to amend any of the rules and regulations of the competition at any time without prior notice. ■ In any case of disputes on the interpretation of the terms and conditions of the competition, the Organizer’s decision shall be final.
